To assist the System Controllers in daily activities, attending to the clients complains and queries over the Telephone and CB Radio, Network monitoring via SCADA, SCADA Analysis, Report writing, Network Loading, Logging Information’s for System Operation, Field work, Issuing Direct and Pre-authorized instruction to an Electrical Network Operators at Customer Points Level. In addition, she has also been actively involved in projects and project meetings including doing a study on the Capacitor Bank regarding power factor correction at a Load Centre.
