During my previous Internship, I was actively involved in mechanical maintenance, including performance verification and sizing of pumps, as well as vibration analysis and sizing of motors. I conducted maintenance on valves and actuators, ensuring reliable operation within the reverse osmosis process. I also contributed to the design and CAD modelling of mechanical components, piping systems, and structural platforms for fabrication, applying industry standards such as SANS and AWWA. My role extended to project management tasks, including material selection, cost evaluation, and commissioning of systems. Additionally, I carried out quality inspections to ensure that all work met the required technical and safety standards.
