Registration and Platform Usage

To register, visit www.rcctalents.com and click the “Sign Up” button located in the top right-hand corner. You will then be automatically registered.

After signing up, you will be redirected to your Dashboard. Click on your profile photo (or the default placeholder) in the top right-hand corner. A dropdown menu will appear. Select “Profile” to access and complete your profile information.

Include detailed information about your professional title, location, education, work experience, skills, and expertise. Be sure to select the appropriate engineering categories and subcategories. You can also upload your resume and any relevant certifications.

Once registered and with a complete profile, RCC staff will use the platform to search for suitable candidates based on their needs. Ensure your profile is accurate and up-to-date to be considered for relevant opportunities.

 Log in to your account at www.rcctalents.com. Access your profile by clicking on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner and selecting “Profile.” You can then edit and save your profile information.

RCC Talent Connect is an online platform developed by Roads Contractor Company Name (RCC) to connect unemployed Namibian engineering professionals with potential opportunities within RCC.

RCC is seeking talented and qualified professionals in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Quantity Surveying.

Registering on the platform allows you to showcase your skills and experience to RCC, increasing your visibility for potential job opportunities and contributing to Namibia’s infrastructure development.

Registration for engineering professionals (talents) is free.

RCC will use the information you provide to identify and contact suitable candidates for potential projects and positions within the company. Your data will be handled in accordance with RCC’s privacy policy.
